V.POPOV, F.ZHURAVLOV, V.SIDORENKO, V.STEPANOVA

Approach, allowing the use of data regarding an electric energy consumption for determination of typical values (peak, minimum, average) of electrical loads or their curves for separate consumers or group of consumers, is described in this article. The important factor of effective application of the developed algorithm is a presence of objective, reliable information about the typical load-curves of consumers, that is differentiated not only on technological principle, but also in according with the seasons of year and characteristic days of week. The offered algorithm allows one to take into account the actual uncertainty of the used limited statistical data in the process of the construction of typical load curves in an interval form, not only for consumers but for alternative generating sources, integrated in distribution networks as well. The set of algorithms, directed to the increase of adequacy of load modeling in the power supply systems with the sources of the distributed generation, is also considered in-the paper.

THE TECHNIQUE OF CHOOSING THE METHOD OF THE STABILIZATION PARAMETERS OF SECONDARY STREAMS OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Y.KACHAN, V.KOVALENKO

In this article is discussed various ways to stabilize the parameters of the secondary streams of industrial enterprises. The latter leads indicators of generated electric energy quality to the GOST norms. It has been established that different ways of stabilizing the flow of secondary water have fundamental differences from each other and differ in both parameters and the complexity of technical implementation. Is proposed a method of determining the time interval (the period of stationarity), taken for further calculations of regulatory capacities. Determination of the minimum period will reduce the array of statistical data sufficient to calculate the volume capacity in the proposed algorithm. The solution for the application of any technical means to remove the dynamic component of water flow, which depends on the specifics of the enterprise, must be justified on the basis of the level of the economic feasibility of their implementation.

THE USAGE OF POLYFUNCTIONAL DETERGENT-DISPERSANT ADDITIVES FOR FUEL AS A METHOD OF REDUCING NEGATIVE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

I.ROIK, E.KOFANOVA, A.VASYLKEVYCH, N.STEPANOV

The article deals with the exhaust emissions standards for automobile. The analysis of usage of low quality fuel on technical and environmental characteristics of internal combustion engine has been made. The effect of reducing environmental impact of using detergent-dispersant additives for hydrocarbon fuels was studied. It was set that multifunctional additives for fuels reduce the fuel consumption. Besides, they increase the completeness of fuel combustion and reduce the concentration of pollutants in automobile exhaust gases. Usage of detergent-dispersant additives also helps to maintain maximum engine power in proportion to its degree of wear, remove water accumulated in the fuel tank, and reduce the cost of repair of fuel equipment of engine.

RESEARCH OF PULSATING HEAT PIPE STARTING CHARACTERISTICS

A.NAUMOVA

Given article presents experimental results of pulsating heat pipe starting mode depending on input heat flux. It is shown that under high input heat fluxes exceeding the value of transient one pulsating heat pipe reaches steady-state conditions much more quickly in comparison with low input heat fluxes. For high input heat fluxes heat transfer crisis starts earlier than for low ones. The obtained results were compared with data from the literature. The conclusion was made that pulsating heat pipe starting characteristics are greatly influenced by the way of cooling of condensing zone and by device geometrics.

EFFICIENCY FACTOR OF RECTANGULAR FIN OF FLAT-OVAL TUBE

E. PYSMENNYY, A. TEREKH, F. SEMENYAKO, P. BAGRIY

An empirical dependence for calculating the efficiency factor of a flat rectangular fin, located on the straight sides of the flat-oval tube, taking into account, apart from the known parameters the length of the contact line between the fin and the carrier tube are proposed. The dependence can be used to calculate heat transfer coefficients for packages of flat-oval tubes with incomplete fins when designing new highperformance heat exchangers.

CRITERION OF POWER EFFICIENCY OF AN ELECTRIC HEAT SUPPLY

V.KSHANOVSKIY

. It is considered conditions of maintenance of a heat supply at the expense of a current consumption under condition of impossibility to increase general system power expenses. The power production efficiency, transportations of the electric power and its accumulation by heat-sink power station is investigated. Also power efficiency of heating of constructions by organic fuel and electric energy with use of different systems of electric heating is investigated. Comparison of a power production efficiency of the electric power, and also consumption of fuel and the electric power for heating of premises, has given the chance to offer criterion of power efficiency of an electric heat supply. Its formulation: «the Electric heat supply is energetically effective then, and only when the quantity of the organic fuel replaced with it provides possibility of manufacture of the electric power in quantity, sufficient for maintenance of this heating and losses at its transportation to the consumer».

THE INFLUENCE OF HEAT LOSSES FROM THE DRYING CHAMBER ON THE EFFICIENCY OF THE HEAT PUMP DRYER INSTALLATION FOR DRYING WOODS

M.BEZRODNY, D.KUTRA

The influence of heat losses from the drying chamber on the performance of the heat pump based wood drying installation was considered. It is proved that the increase in losses leads to an increase of the drying agent recycling rate. It was shown that the influence of the heat loss is ambiguous and depends on its ratio with the magnitude of the compressor shaft, and in cases when the heat loss is less or equal to the power of the heat pump compressor's energy, efficiency of the heat pump dryer increases. Further increase in the heat losses leads to a reduction in efficiency due to the fact that additional heaters need to be installed.

TERRITORIAL DECOMPOSITION OF ENERGY SUPPLY SYSTEMS

A.PRAKHOVNIK, A.SAVCHENKO

The basis of energy systems of the XXI century is step-by-step accumulating of the energy sources, which are form decentralized energy supply systems, and whereupon are included to the integrated power supply systems, which have prerogatives of both - centralized and decentralized systems. But the most important point is still the same - an energetically, economically and technologically efficient radius of the energy supply. The decision about reconstruction of the existing heating system in the direction of the most effective degree of the centralization and/or decentralization of a local heating zone, should be making by the economically and technologically expedient heating radius. In the current article, were proposed an approach, which is by using instruments of Data Mining help to determine the decentralization degree. The essence of the approach is in the clustering of the selected area into smaller parts according to sizes and density of energy demand.
