An extruder as object of mathematical design is investigational. At a design an extruder was examined as a thermal object which consists of such capacities: worm, corps, air space between worm and corps and heater. The questions of mathematical design of the mode of warmingup of an oneworm extruder are considered at a make ready. The mathematical model of the mode of warming-up of an oneworm extruder is got, which takes into account basic factors which influence on the increase of efficiency of work of extruder and energy-savings. This model has universal character and can be used in the extruders of different geometry. For the analysis of efficiency of the subsequent use of the developed mathematical model it is necessary to conduct experimental researches of its adequacy.

The article gives the scientific and technical rationale for providing the necessary quality of electric energy in the electricity system. It is shown that in the case of electrical networks with uniform loads, standards GOST 13109-97 can be performed using the basic means of voltage regulation without additional investment. Calculates of modes are appreciably more complicated in the presence of non-uniform loads and for the normalizing values of voltage deviations at the terminals of electrical receivers require the use of additional means of regulating the voltage. Here is an example of calculation the mode voltage and the choice of parameters booster transformer.

Increased efficiency and downsizing of modern pulse converters require knowledge of the losses sources. Measure the losses in the inductor elements and analyzing them, are considered in the choke loss, followed by separation into components of these losses and why they caused, the basic loss - in the core and winding, and their components: magnetic reversal losses, loss of vortex currents in the material core, the loss due to windings DC ohmic resistance , losses from skin effect in winding wire, and losses due to proximity effect.

H.ARHYPOVA
The simulation of heat transfer and hydrodynamics of the turbulent flow of supercritical parameters in the annular channel is carried out. As the heat-carrier water to- and supercritical parametres is chosen. Numerical study of the processes of hydrodynamics and heat transfer in the annular channel was based on the k-ε RNG turbulence model. Thermophysical and hydrodynamic descriptions of stream are got: distribution of profiles of speed and temperature in cross-section sections of the annular channel, average values of density of the heat-carrier on length of the channel and dependence of coefficient of heat transfer on an internal wall of the annular channel.
